How long does it take to process my order?

Shipping times usually range from 5-8 business days. We’re unable to offer expedited shipping at this time, so please plan accordingly to ensure your festive goodies arrive in time! 🎄✨

Do you ship internationally?

While we currently only ship within the United States, we’re working hard to provide shipping options to our neighbors in Canada soon. Stay tuned for updates!

How do I track my order?

After your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can also check the tracking details by logging into your account on our website. Navigate to the orders tab, select your order, and you’ll find all the shipping details there!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to change or cancel it. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, so please double-check your selections before completing your purchase. If you find you no longer need an item after it ships, you’re welcome to return it according to our return policy.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Currently, we do not offer local pick-up options for orders. All items are shipped directly to your provided address to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

What is your return policy?

At Northnfluffs, we want you to be delighted with your purchase! However, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there are issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you in processing a return.

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives and keeping all packaging materials until you’ve confirmed everything is in perfect condition.

What should I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with anyone at your home who may have collected the package, as well as neighbors or your building manager. Sometimes packages can be delivered in multiple boxes, so check for any items that might arrive separately.

If you still can’t locate your parcel, please reach out to us through our chat feature or at info@northnfluffs.com for further assistance. We recommend against opening a case with the carrier first, as this may hinder our ability to assist you.

Do you have a physical store location?

At this time, Northnfluffs operates solely online, bringing the magic of the holiday season directly to your doorstep!
