Please note that all purchases at Northnfluffs are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your selections before completing your order.
Gift Card Policy
Unfortunately, returns on gift cards are not permitted.
Product Quality
Many of our offerings are vintage-inspired, which may result in variations in quality and color, as well as an intentionally aged appearance. These traits are not defects; they enhance the unique vintage character of each item.
Inspecting Your Order
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect it immediately to confirm that everything has arrived in good condition. Please retain all packaging materials—including the shipping box, product boxes, bubble wrap, and tissue paper—until you have thoroughly examined your new holiday treasures.
Reporting Damages
If you receive any item that is broken or damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@northnfluffs.com. Be sure to include photographs of the damage in your email. Once we review your request and it is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We ask that you use the original packaging to repack any items for return. Due to the delicate nature of our products, returns that are not in their original packaging cannot be accepted. After we issue a return label, you will have 7 days to return the item, or the label will be invalidated.

Liability for Stolen or Missing Packages
We regret to inform you that we cannot take responsibility for packages that are stolen or missing after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We highly recommend shipping your order to a secure location.
Refunds and Replacements
After we receive and examine your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you can choose between a refund or a replacement. For refunds, you will receive your funds back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you opt for a replacement, we will prepare a new order for you and provide confirmation along with tracking details.
